MATTERS THAT REQUIRE ATTENTION

HOUSE RULES

1.Smoking is prohibited in all areas, including rooms and balconies. If cigarette butts or odors are found during cleaning, we will assume that smoking has occurred. In such cases, we may charge a minimum of 2,000 yen as a cleaning fee. *Please do not smoke in the room or on the balcony by mistake, as there are numerous fire alarms.

2.No pets allowed.

3.Please do not go up in the room with your feet on the floor. If you go up with your feet on the floor, we will charge you 15,000JPY for cleaning the floor.

4.For guests who have soiled the room beyond the limit, such as leaving caster marks or scattering trash, an additional fee of 30,000 JPY will be charged.

5.There are also general residents living in the neighborhood. Any activities that may cause nuisance, such as talking loudly or listening to loud music, are prohibited and may result in the residents being asked to leave. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the accommodation fee. Police officers may be present.

6.Please turn off the electricity and air conditioner when you go out. 10,000JPY will be charged separately in case you check out with the electricity and air conditioner on in your room.

7.Please clean up dishes and utensils when you use the kitchen.

8.Please do not take any items out of your room; if found, you will be charged for the actual cost and labor.

Please check out by 10:00 am. If you wish to extend your check-out time, please contact us before your stay. If you extend your check-out time without consulting us, you will be charged 10,000JPY/hour.

10.We may not be able to reply immediately to messages from those who wish to check in after 22:00, so please be sure to read and print the materials and be prepared to make your own way to your room.

11.As my room is not a hotel but a private accommodation, the services I can provide are limited. Please understand that I cannot answer all requests.

12.We will not be held responsible in the unlikely event that you get lost and get into trouble without checking our materials. Also, please understand that we will not accept any refunds for cancellations or claims based on such circumstances.

13.We are not responsible for any problems or expenses incurred due to failure to follow house rules. Please be sure to read the house rules and materials, and ask questions if you have any questions.

14.My room is operated with a government permit. A copy of the photo page of the ID card of all guests and an entry in the accommodation ledger is required. You may upload the data on the OTA website chat.

15.A fine of 10,000 JPY will be charged if you throw away garbage from your stay in the common areas of the property or in any other place than the designated areas.

16.If we confirm that more people stay or stay in the room than reserved, we will charge 20,000 yen/person x the number of additional people as a fine.

17.Even if it is a family member or friend of the guest, if we confirm that more people are staying or staying than reserved, we will consider it as a violation of the above rules and charge 20,000 yen/person x number of additional people as a fine.

18.If you leave any trash in your room (suitcases, etc.) during your stay that you are forced to ask a contractor to dispose of, you will be charged ¥10,000.

19.Please feel free to use the supplies (toilet paper and detergent) provided at the property.
However, if you need more during your stay after using all the supplies provided by the host, you are responsible for purchasing the missing supplies yourself. (※The cost is to be borne by the guest.)

20.Excessive use of water and electricity will be charged separately. (e.g. water left running, hair dryer left on, etc.)

21.If you use the host’s number when making a reservation for a restaurant, cab, etc., please contact us in advance via Airbnb chat. If you use the host’s contact number without permission, and we receive a confirmation from the restaurant or cab company confirming your visit, we will inform you that we do not know who made the reservation and will cancel it. We ask for your understanding.
